Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Ballot must be fully completed online and is limited to one per person.

2. Prize winner must be 19 years of age or older to claim their prize. Employees and immediate family members of any tenant of Humbertown Shopping Centre, FCR Management Services LP, First Capital REIT,or Suppliers to or Agencies of any of the foregoing are not eligible to win.

3. No purchase necessary. Winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

4. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-refundable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. Approximate retail value of Humbertown Jewellers earrings, $525.00, Caribou Gifts Winter Wonderland Gift Basket $120.00.

5. All ballots become the property of Humbertown Shopping Centre.

6. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Contest closes 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 16th, 2021. Winner will be contacted by telephone Friday, December 17th, 2021. All contest entrants consent and acknowledge that Humbertown Shopping Centre reserves the right to use the winning entrant’s name, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news and information purposes without further compensation or notification.

8. Contest winners will be notified by telephone, and have 48 hours from the first notification to accept their prize and arrange a date to pick it up from Humbertown Shopping Centre
